Multi-faceted residential and commercial real estate services company honored for achievement of outstanding revenue and employee growth over past three years

The designation, which has been sponsored by SmartCEO Magazine for the past seven years, annually honors 50 companies that have demonstrated “outstanding revenue and employee growth over a three-year period.”   

Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group, reported a 38% market share growth during the past three years in the Central Maryland region. The company’s other five divisions, which offer title and escrow, mortgage funding, law, financial and home sales marketing services and support, have also demonstrated significant momentum and activity during this time period.
